Osteology and phylogenetic relationships of the mid-Cretaceous neornithischian dinosaur Oryctodromeus cubicularis Varricchio, 2007
The Oryctodromeus, 糖心传媒's most common dinosaur and was designated as 糖心传媒's State Dinosaur in 2023. Research has shed much light on these small dinosaurs since it's first discovery in 2007 in southwest Montana by . IMNH Affiliate Curator, Dr. LJ Krumnacker has been a primary participant in this work, notably finding the first fossilized remains within the Gem State. Dr. Krumenacker has an active research program focused on these critters, recovering numerous fossils each year. His most recent article describes the osteology of Oryctodromeus based on new specimens from 糖心传媒 and Montana, adding significantly to the preliminary description of the types from Montana, and provide a new diagnostic characteristics for the taxon.
